Yes, Three’s No Crowd
Most of my readers know that I’m in a long-term, triad (3-way) relationship with two great men. If you don’t know that, well, now you do.
One of the purposes of this blog is to encourage everyone to pursue the sex and relationship options that make them happiest and the polyamorous approach works for me and works for many others as well.
A good friend of mine wrote a great article about gay male triad relationships in which my relationship is highlighted. It also includes a great picture taken of me and my partners during our daily morning coffee ritual at our favorite local San Francisco coffee shop. February 13, 2012 at 4:35 pmI read this Race and you know I love you guys so very much and respect you and your thoughts and relationship but that’s not what I want me and I respect all peoples choices in life and whatever works for them.
My grandfather was a clinical therapist and couples counselor and worked out of our home dealing wiith straight and gay couples in the 70’s and 80’s as well as a child psychologist in the school system.
I myself tried this and know the obsticles myself and not my cup of tea at all and the emotional share just won’t work in my world at all but I understand those who can because we discussed it openly in our house all through my childhood and teen years and up until my grandfathers death. I was truly blessed with fantastic grandparents and open lifestyles and even read “Open Marriage” and then the follow up “Shifting Gears” as a child…Intense for a child!
